Phases of Development:
Phase 1 (2023 – 2026):

Infrastructure development in this phase includes internal roads, dedicated water and power supply, common effluent treatment plants, and townships for employees. Industries are expected to commence operations by 2026.
Phase 2 (2026 – 2029):
In Phase 2, the expansion continues with an additional 5,000 acres. This phase will emphasize advanced biotech, biosimilars, and vaccine production. Plans include the establishment of the Pharma University and enhanced connectivity with the proposed Metro Rail extension.
Phase 3 (2029 and Beyond):
This phase will see the complete development of the remaining areas, focusing on smart technologies and Centers of Excellence for life sciences. It aims to attract more multinational corporations and global collaborations.
